2. How do I purchase a unit at Bayswater?
  You are welcome to visit us at any of our offices below or to come to the on-site office at Bayswater where we will be happy to show you around and answer any queries you may have before we sign the required documents with you.

3. How much is the required reservation fee?
    There is a corresponding reservation fee for every inventory:

Adelfa
Orchidia
Sampaguita

    Full payment of the fee is required to ensure the unit is reserved. Reservation fee will form part of the Total Contract Price.
         
4. What are the required documentations for reservation?
  We will assist and advise you the best way to comply with all documentation requirements for the various payment and financing options.
         
  Standard Requirements are as follows:
    One of either:    
    Birth Certificate (principal/spouse)
Marriage Contract
         
    We also require either of the two following documents:
    Photocopy of Passport (principal/spouse)
Residence Certificate (principal/spouse)
         
    Along with:    
    Tax Identification Number
2 valid IDs
Proof of Billing
4 pieces latest 1x1inch ID pictures (principal/spouse)
Post-dated checks for remainder of equity if applicable
         
  Submission of these documents is within fifteen (15) days after reservation.
Other documentation requirements may vary according to the preferred financing scheme.
         
5. What to do after reservation?
  Per our reservation agreement, the monthly amortization for the down payment of your chosen house and lot shall start 30 days from the reservation date.
         
6. How to avail of the different financing schemes for the remaining balance?
  a) Pag-IBIG financing
    Applicant must be currently employed and an active member of Pag-IBIG for the past twenty four (24) months at least.
Must attend a seminar for comprehensive information on their qualification and availment.
Other requirements may be necessary such as special power of attorney, working visa or remittance slips.
         
  b) Bank Financing
    Duly signed Application Form (Bank)
Documents may be required by the chosen bank.
May be required to open a checking account.
         
7. Are there other incidental costs?
  Though the Total Contract Price is inclusive of taxes and move-in fees the Homeowner’s Association dues and utility connections are buyer’s obligations.
         
8. When is the start of the construction of my unit?
  The construction of your unit will commence when:
    For Pag-IBIG or Bank loan:
     - Full payment of equity.
     - Completion of Horizontal construction.
         
    For In-house Financing:
     - Upon payment of 50% of TCP, with complete post dated cheques for the remaining balance and provided there were no
       delinquency incurred during the term.
     - Completion of Horizontal construction.
         
9. When is the turn-over of the unit?
  The unit will be available for turnover when:
    For Pag-IBIG or Bank loan:
         - Upon loan take-out
         
    For In-house Financing:
         - Upon payment of 50% of the total contract price and with complete post dated cheques for the remaining balance and
       provided there were no delinquency incurred during the term. Completion of Horizontal construction.
         
10. Will the homeowners get full access to the amenities?
  Full access will be granted to all the free facilities at Bayswater for all the registered homeowners and their family members who are residents at Bayswater.
